Our Approach
At Wiki Aesthetics, every appointment is carefully allocated to allow enough time for a personalised, high quality experience. To keep our schedule running smoothly and fairly for all clients, we have a clear cancellation policy in place.
When appointments are cancelled at short notice or missed, it limits our ability to offer that time to other clients.
Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment
We understand that schedules can shift, and we always aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to make a change, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
* Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice or more can be rescheduled without charge.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit.
* Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment when sufficient notice is given.
If you need to reschedule, we always recommend letting us know as early as possible so we can accommodate you and offer your slot to another client.
For any rescheduled appointments, treatments must be redeemed within 6 months of the original booking.
Missed Appointments (DNA – Did Not Attend)
We value both your time and ours. If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice:
* Your deposit will be non-refundable
* The appointment will be marked as a missed appointment (DNA)
Repeated missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
